Getting In Touch

Beginning therapy often starts with a quiet question: Could this help? Sometimes that question brings hope. Sometimes it brings hesitation. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you don’t yet know what to expect.

A website isn’t a person, and no amount of writing can replicate the feel of sitting across from someone and knowing whether you feel met. But if something here resonates—if something in you is ready to explore the next step—I’d be glad to connect.

You’re welcome to contact me in whatever way feels most accessible or comfortable. If privacy is a central concern for you, I encourage you to read through my privacy policy before reaching out.

Ways to reach me:

The Initial Consultation

I offer two types of consultations to make space for different needs and comfort levels:

  • A free 15-minute consultation, no obligation, simply to ask questions and get a feel for whether it makes sense to meet again

  • A full-length 53-minute consultation, also with no obligation. If we choose to continue after this, it becomes a paid session at a reduced rate of $70. If not, it remains free.

All sessions—consultations and ongoing therapy—are held remotely by video or phone. After scheduling, you’ll receive the details you need to connect.

I work with clients across time zones and do my best to accommodate international schedules. Most of my availability falls on Tuesday through Thursday, during mornings and evenings in my local time (UTC+02:00), but exact times vary.

What to Expect

Our first meeting isn’t an interview. It’s a conversation. You’ll have the space to share what brings you here, to ask about how I work, and to begin to feel into whether this relationship feels like one that could support your healing.

I may also ask some questions to help me better understand your context—what you’re carrying, what you’re hoping for, and whether I feel equipped to walk with you. If I have any reservations about being the right person to support your process, we’ll talk about that honestly, and I’ll help you explore other options. If it feels like a fit, I’ll invite you into regular sessions from there.

When we move into ongoing work, we’ll take time during the first full session to go over my privacy practices, disclosure statement, and consent to treatment. You’re welcome to read through these forms ahead of time here so we can spend more of that time simply being in the work together.

Whether you’re certain or still unsure, you’re welcome here. We can start small, see how it feels, and take it one conversation at a time.
